These Terms & Conditions outline the refund and exchange policy for purchases made through PostaChild. By making a purchase from us, you agree to the terms

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • You may be required to provide photo evidence of the damage or defect.

  • Once verified, we will offer either:

    • A replacement of the same item (if available), or

    • A full refund for the purchase price.

Shipping costs for the replacement will be covered by PostaChild.

3. Incorrect Size or Item

If you receive an item in the wrong size, color, or design, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will:

    • Send the correct item (if available), or

    • Issue a refund if the correct item is not available.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases of size exchanges unless the mistake was made by PostaChild.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds and exchanges will not be granted for:

  • Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper care.

  • Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery.

  • Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
